NYC club DJ Roctakon made a Party Girl-inspired mixtape a couple months ago for Parker’s birthday.

When I was a kid, Party Girl was one of my favorite movies. If you were 16 in 1995, an aspiring DJ, and not-so-closet total dork, Mary would have been everything to you too. I picked songs I know she would have danced to, songs that I really did dance to, and songs that for me define that era.
